How to Order
Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping basket
and proceed towards the checkout when you are ready by clicking
on 'Check basket' at the bottom of the screen. In the check
basket screen you will be given the option of purchasing
the items. If you decide to purchase the order is passed
to us. Once the order has reached Villavin Crafts, you will
be sent an email with the total amount due including Postage.
Paying for your Order
We accept Personal/Business Cheques, Postal Orders and
payments through Paypal - details will be confirmed once
order is completed.

Contacting us about your order
If you do have any queries regarding your order, you can
contact us via our Email or by phoning us Mon- Fri 9.30am-5pm

Posting & Packing
Posting & Packing charges are calculated at the time
your order has been completed. We try to keep these costs
to a minimum but if you are unhappy at any time, please
contact us and we will to explain how these costs are made
up. When more than one item is purchased we are usually
able to reduce the overall charge, depending on weight,
for postage and packing. The charges for 1st class post
made on orders are 50p or 15% of the order value, whichever
is greater.
Delivery
We aim to offer a fast service and currently despatch orders
within 2-3 working days. Orders received after 5pm will
be treated as though they have been received the following
morning. Orders received after 5pm on Friday will be treated
as those received the following Monday morning. If there
is likely to be a delay we will let you know. We will also
inform you when your order is ready to be despatched.
UK - Smaller parcels will be sent First Class. Royal Mail's
aim is to deliver First Class items the next day, although
that might not always be the case! If you do not receive
your parcel within a few days, please check with your local
Post Office (not sorting office) to see if they are holding
anything for you items.
Refunds, returns & cancellation policy
If you are not entirely happy with the goods you have chosen,
please ensure you return them to us within 7 days of receipt.
We will be more than happy to refund you for the returned
items providing they are returned in perfect condition and
in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged
or faulty condition, please let us know straight away by
Email or telephone. On receipt of the returned faulty goods
we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer
- please let us know straight away.
In order to return goods to us pack the items back in the
package, enclose a copy of the invoice indicating the items
being returned and send it back to Villavin Crafts, at the
address given on the invoice. If you are returning the goods
for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the goods,
you must pay the cost of return of the goods and you will
be responsible for their safety during transportation. When
returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free
receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage,
as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in
transit.
In order that we may improve our service to our customers,
you are requested to send a statement explaining your reason
for rejecting the goods.
Acceptance of your order
Villavin Crafts reserve the right to refuse any order submitted.
In this case a full refund of any monies paid will be given.
Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only
use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly,
to process your order and second, to provide you with the
best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given
us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email
from us in the future.
We DO NOT pass your information on to any third parties.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
your name
address
phone number
email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without
your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.
You can check the information that we hold about you by
emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete
or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely
in accordance with our internal security policy and the
law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA
(European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent
first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour
of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify
your browser to prevent this happening. The information
collected in this way can be used to identify you unless
you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments
about privacy, you should email us.
Complaints
If you feel that you have reason to complain about our
service please contact us using our email contact details.
We will acknowledge your complaint and advise you how long
it will take to resolve the complaint. We will also keep
you informed of progress where applicable
Registering with Villavin Crafts
You will be free to visit our site at any time to view
our products but if you would like to make an order, you
will need to register with us. There will also be a chance
to join a mailing list when you will receive notifications
of new products that have been added or any special offers
that may be available at certain times. This is not a requirement
but aims to provide you with up to date information regarding
up and coming services or products.
Disclaimer
Any orders that are placed must be paid for within 10 working
days – any orders that are not completed by this time
will be cancelled and the products returned to stock on
the website.
