Villavin Farm Holiday Cottages

Terms & Condtions of Villavin Farm Cottages:

Bookings: Provisional bookings remain firm for one week pending return of the deposit (£50/1 week, £75/2 week bookings). The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Non payment by this date can be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately and we will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment. (A handling charge of £25 per cottage will be deducted). If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that your cottage being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, e.g: fire damage, we will endeavour to find similar alternative accommodation or give a complete refund. No further liability will be accepted.

Arrival & Departure: They Hayloft & Blackberry Barn will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and we would ask that you would kindly vacate the property by 10am on morning of departure. Sunset arrival time is 4pm with departure time at 11.30am.

Pets: We welcome you and your dogs on holiday – (up to 2). Dogs must be of a social nature and must be under strict control at all times while in the property and surrounding grounds – especially around the resident animals on the farm! Any fouling of lawns etc must be cleared up without delay – bags are available. The owner must bring the dog’s bed or basket for sleeping in. Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time. Dogs must not lie on beds or furnishings and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Smoking: Please note that the cottages are non-smoking.  

Groups: We do not normally accept same sex groups or groups where the majority are under 21 years. The number of guests occupying the cottages must not exceed the number stated without contacting us first.

Cleaning, Damage & Breakages: The Cottages should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage.

The use of the accommodation and amenities including the gardens and grounds is entirely at the Hirer’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer’s companions or guests.
